A seasonal blend that is rooted in tradition, with a focus on quality. Designed to be comfortable, consistent and approachable, while still showcasing the coffee's unique characteristics and sweetness. We roast slower and dark(er) in order to boast the deep chocolate tones, molasses sweetness and allow some playful fruits to shine through.
This seasonal blend changes throughout the year based on fresh crops, but it will always stay true to the profile.
Roots can be enjoyed as filter brew or espresso.
