With Roots, we set out to create something comfortable and traditional, while still showcasing its unique characteristics. We roasted slower and dark(er) in order to boast the deep chocolate and molasses tones and allow some playful stone fruits to shine through. 

This seasonal blend changes throughout the year based on fresh crops, but it will always stay true to the profile.

Roots can be enjoyed as filter brew or espresso.
