This is the second year that we sourced this amazing coffee from our friends at Keffa Coffee. They work closely with their partners in Sidama to ensure care and quality in the processing, sorting, storing and shipping of this beautiful coffee.

Small farmers carry their harvest of coffee to a beautiful washing station on the hillside, where hundreds of skillful workers continue to sort out overripe and under-ripe cherries. The coffee dries on raised beds for 8-10 days, and is rotated every 30 minutes to promote even drying. After the initial drying is complete, the beans are transferred to a concrete patio for 2-3 days of final drying. This careful attention during the natural processing ensures each bean carries the full, distinctive Ardi flavors and aromatics.

The aroma of this coffee reminds us of strawberries and cream. The cup is filled with strawberry, vanilla and cocoa notes. This sweet and juicy bodied coffee will leave you licking your cup, wishing for more.
