This fall we decided to source two different lots from the Inzá region of Cauca.
This particular lot caught our attention on the cupping table for its brown sugary sweetness and cherry cola notes. Farmers in the Inzá region only produce an average of 1 bag of exportable coffee each year. The farmers' lots are meticulously sorted and blended at origin in order to represent all of the hard work that went into each farm.
In the cup we taste blackcurrant, cherry cola, and brown sugar.
